Enjoy a French press coffee maker, burr grinder, electric kettle, locally roasted whole bean coffee, and assorted teas and cocoa. Entertainment options include fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, books, and games. Laundry facilities are available in the kitchen with a washer and dryer, free to use with detergent included. Free street parking is available, and the house is located on a cul-de-sac with little through traffic, making it easy to find parking. Events or gatherings may be permitted for an additional fee, and dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee to cover additional wear and tear and cleaning. Located between Avondale and Crestwood, the house is conveniently situated for exploring Birmingham. Avondale is one of Birmingham's hottest neighborhoods, home to several breweries, new restaurants, bars, and a beautiful park, offering fantastic entertainment for the whole family. The neighborhood is just a few minutes from downtown and the airport. The property is smoke-free, with no smoking or vaping allowed inside, including screened porches or interior areas. A $500 smoke remediation fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 9 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge, and all requests must be approved in advance. If you do not vacate by the check-out time, a late departure fee of up to $50 per hour may be charged. Pets are welcome, but only dogs are allowed. Disruptive, barking, or aggressive pets will be asked to leave, and you may forfeit any remaining nights without a refund. A penalty may apply if you bring a pet without notifying us.
