If additional cleaning, deodorization, linen replacement, HVAC treatment, or other remediation is required, the guest is responsible for the full cost. Guests are also responsible for any related expenses caused by smoking, including refunds or relocation of incoming or neighboring guests and any resulting lost revenue.
