The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has two full-size beds, all with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The second apartment has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and 1 bathroom. Guests also have access to the outdoor amenities, including hammocks, a screened outdoor dining room, and a natural gas grill. The front porch boasts a comfortable sectional and a cozy dining set, overlooking the property's tranquil heron fountain. The property is pet-friendly, and there is a non-refundable pet fee for each dog to cover additional wear and tear and cleaning. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Located on Cliff Road, between the popular neighborhoods of Forest Park and Highland Park, this apartment is near parks, restaurants, coffee shops, golf, and tennis. Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away, and Rushton Park is a couple of blocks away. On the other side of Highland Park Golf Course, you will find Forest Park, which is home to a couple of cute restaurants and shops. Avondale is also nearby, with its beautiful park, brewery, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. A $200/night penalty will be incurred for any violation of the no smoking or vaping policy. Guests who do not adhere to the quiet hours policy may be asked to leave, without a refund, forfeiting any remaining nights on their reservation.
