The bedroom is furnished with all of the comforts of home and features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and Comphy sheets. In lieu of a closet, there are easy-to-see and clean shelves. The bathroom is stocked with small-batch, organic toiletries and plush towels. The roomy walk-in shower is light and clean and features a rain shower head and spacious bench. A washer and dryer are available in the building and are shared with other guests. Detergent, an iron, and an ironing board are included. Enjoy the Eden Brae's beautiful outdoor spaces, including an expansive front porch, fire pit, screened-in dining lounge, natural gas grill, foosball, cornhole, hammocks, and fountains. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. The mansion, named Eden Brae, is situated on Cliff Road, one of the most desirable and walkable residential streets in the city of Birmingham. Just a few blocks away, you will find parks, restaurants, coffee, golf, and tennis! Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away. Eden Brae is just a couple of miles from most of Birmingham's most popular attractions: Railroad Park, the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Avondale, Sloss Furnace, the Art Museum, Regions Field, Vulcan Park, and Downtown's Entertainment and Civil Rights Districts. All are easily accessible by bike or by car/Lyft/Uber. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Dogs are allowed, and they must be included as pets in the guest count.
