Mulberry Properties, LLC will not allow the following breed(s): Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Chow, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes. If your pet is any mix of these breeds or appears to look like these breeds it will be considered as one of the restricted breeds.

We welcome 2 pets per home. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and a $450 non-refundable pet fee for two pets. Pet rent is $15 per month, per pet. There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet and breed restrictions apply.
