The area also has two additional parks. The 50-acre Fishburn Park is shared with the adjoining neighborhood and the 6-acre Woodland Park just north of Brambleton Avenue SW. The parks have tennis and basketball courts and baseball fields. There are play areas for the children.
Shopping and dining can be found on Grandin Court NW and Brambleton Avenue SW which is also U.S, Highway 221. These two streets run through the neighborhood and are the main arterial routes that provide the residents with all the services they could need. Along these routes are great places to dine.
