Norcross Station's detailed renovation has expertly created a mix of 1 - and - 2 bedroom apartment homes each with it's own distinct character. Our Lofts and Flats feature luxury living with beautifully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, controlled access entries as well as optional furnished homes ranging from 700 square feet to over 1,600 square feet. Renovation of the original Norcross Transfer & Storage warehouse showcases thirty-two individually designed Flats. And all contain original hardwood floors, exposed timber beams, as well as original steel-sash windows, and clay tiled walls. Norcross Station's sister buildings frame the private courtyard and resident parking lot. Four stories tall, a mixture of Lofts & Flats, 1 and 2 bedroom homes showcase substantial glass and excellent views of the surrounding mountains and city side.
