- Restrictions: Maximum 2 pets per home. Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. Because apartment living is not conducive to certain breeds, we regret we cannot accommodate the following dogs or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
