Maximum weight is 40 lbs. at maturity. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $250 refundable deposit, $250.00 non-refundable pet fee for 1st pet ($100 non-refundable fee for second pet) and a $30 monthly pet rent per pet.
