Regency Park is an extremely upscale gated community that is located just at the edge of Cadillac Drive. The northern boundary of the neighborhood is Huebner Road. The community lies just east of Churchill Estates and just west of West Bitters Road. In the center of the area, there is a very exclusive section that is accessed from Cadillac Drive.

The small, yet exclusive section consists of large estate-like properties that overlook one of three lakes. There are loads of trees, several fountains, and pavilions for people to spend time in, enjoying the spectacular beauty that surrounds them.
