We welcome 3 pets (dogs or cats) per apartment home. No deposit required. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first and second pet and $100 non-refundable fee for the third. Pet rent is $10 per month.
Restrictions: There is no weight limit. Aggressive breeds (Pit Bull, Doberman and Rottweiler) are prohibited.
