With concrete sidewalks and freshly manicured lawns, this community is great for families and pets. The area has several trails suitable for bicycling, running or walking the dog.

Public transportation is available via the Midland-Odessa Urban Transit EZ-Rider buses. The buses run Monday through Friday and limited hours on Saturday. Buses do not run on Sunday. There are six bus routes that run buses throughout Midland and the downtown Midland area, making nearly everything in the city accessible by bus.
