Bordered by Goode Street to the west, Carter Avenue to the north, Rankin Highway to the east, and West Francis Avenue to the south, the neighborhood is composed of mobile homes and small, older homes.
Taylor Park, in the northwest corner of Haley Heights, is home base for the Boys and Girls Club of Midland.
