The Greathouse neighborhood is situated on the far northwest side of Midland, Texas, about seven miles from the center of the city. Bordered by the communities of Briarwood and Northgate, this community is bounded by Farm Road 1369 on the west and Briarwood Avenue on the south. On the east, it is roughly bounded by Oriole Drive, and its northern boundary extends to include the homes north of Hilltop Drive. The zip code for this Midland County community is 79707.
This unfinished development is mostly residential, consisting primarily of single-family homes. Currently, about 100 residences can be found here, but there is room for continued construction, especially on the south and east side of the community.
