Bordered by the communities of Briarwood and Northgate, this community is bounded by Farm Road 1369 on the west and Briarwood Avenue on the south. Additional attractions within minutes of the Greathouse neighborhood include Midland Airpark, Midland Memorial Hospital West, and the First American Bank Ballpark. The latter is the home of the Midland Rockhounds, the city’s pro baseball team.
