This is not the only opportunity for outdoor recreation near Cresent Place. To the southeast, also along Wadley Drive, are two popular parks – Tumbleweed Park and Windlands Park. The major attractions offered here are several playing fields and walking/jogging trails.
For local shopping and dining, nearby Highway 250 hosts a variety of popular restaurants and big-name stores. However, residents are also just a short drive from the Midland Park Mall, located a little over one mile northwest along Highway 250. Among the options offered at this popular indoor shopping complex are 90 plus specialty stores and eateries and four major department stores.
Golfers living in Cresent Place have several options close to home. Thirty-six holes of public golf can be played at nearby Hogan Park, which also offers one of the city’s only off-leash dog parks. However, the affluent residents of this community may prefer a more exclusive golf experience, which can be found at the Midland Country Club or Ranchland Hills Country Club. All three of these options are within a few minutes east of the Cresent Place community.
