Large Pets Welcome
- We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 pet deposit ($200 refundable) per pet up to 35 lbs/ 36-50 lbs $600 pet deposit ($300 refundable). Pet rent (monthly) is $10 for 1 pet and $20 for 2 pets. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
