The Park on Clear Creek is a gated community located on Clear Creek in zip code 77573 on the south shore of Clear Creek. It lies in League City, which is in Galveston County. Despite the fact that League City is dedicated to growth and development, the city also seeks to preserve the past through “Historic League City,” and this includes a beautiful tree-lined shopping area in the heart of town that features an eclectic mix of shops and a tea room in the historic part of this growing city.
The boundaries of the subdivision include Challenger Memorial Park, which lies at the edge of the community’s northern border, Farm to Market Road 518 (Main Street) as the southern border, and Forest Creek Drive to the east. The western boundary of the subdivision lies just east of Magnolia Blossom and Magnolia Estates Drive.
This is a very upscale community with spacious homes that are nearly 3,000 feet and larger. Most of the houses are traditional style, two-story residences, although there are a few single-story ranch style homes. Most of these dwellings were built since 2005. Two home builders whose houses are frequently seen throughout the community are Village Builders and Trendmaker Homes.
There are many amenities within the community that are available to residents only. These include a private boat ramp, a 600-foot boardwalk, a hiking, jogging, or walking trail, a pool, various water features, and a park. It is also close to Magnolia Creek and Timber Creek Golf Courses.
The close proximity to Galveston Bay makes this one of the best places in the state of Texas to enjoy outstanding seafood. Many of the marinas and yacht clubs in the area have excellent restaurant menus that feature the freshest seafood offerings. Kemah Boardwalk provides great entertainment with a carousel, a ferris wheel, and a host of other rides.
