Parkland is neighborborhood located in El Paso, Texas. Boundaries of Parkland are Woodrow Bean Transmountain Road to the south, and Railroad Drive to the east. The northern boundary follows Deer Avenue onto Cross Street, then onto Sun Valley Drive. Pheasant Road forms the western boundary.

Parkland resides in the Ysleta Independent School District, which is named for the original tribe of Indians that settled in the area. These men and women migrated from New Mexico, leaving their former tribe, the Isleta, after the revolt of 1680; this was the largest Indian revolt in the history of America.

Although the school district was established in the 1930s, the Ysleta area was actually adjacent to El Paso until it was incorporated into the city in the 1950s. Three of Ysleta district schools are located within the neighborhood; each stands Parkland school stands out in performance, as well as curriculum.

Public transportation is conveniently located throughout the main roadways in Parkland. Most residents are within six blocks of a bus stop. Businesses, restaurants, and convenience stores are located along the main roads just outside of the neighborhood boundaries.

To the east of Parkland lies Biggs Army Airfield, which encompasses 4,000 acres and has more miles of runway than any other airfield in the country.
