North Central Carrollton is located in Denton County and in zip code 75007. The City of Carrollton is approximately 16 miles northwest of Dallas, about 25 minutes away. North Central Carrolton’s boundaries are marked by North Josey Lane to the east, North President Bush Turnpike to the south, Parker Road to the north and Old Denton Road to the west.

In addition to the playground that is located within the park, there is also the outdoor Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex.

Inside the recreation center are two gyms, a full size basketball court, a volleyball court, a weight and fitness room, four racquetball courts, and a dance area.
