High Pointe is a small, friendly neighborhood located just a stone’s throw away from Downtown McKinney. McKinney is the seat of Collin County and part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. High Pointe is right on US 75, which provides direct access to downtown Dallas, 30 miles away.

For the sports enthusiasts, High Pointe is very close to the Lions Stadium, home of the local varsity football team, and the McKinney Independent School District stadium, where high school teams play different sports. Pizza Hut Park for soccer, Dr. Pepper Ballpark for baseball and Dr. Pepper StarCenter-Frisco for hockey are other options to catch a game in the area.
Only 13 minutes away is Collin County Regional Airport, the local airport where corporations keep their aircraft and where it is possible to take flying lessons.
