Fox Glen is a prestigious resort community that lies within the 12,000 acres that make up the Las Colinas master planned community. The master plan for Las Colinas was developed in the early 1970s, and the architectural firm for the community was Ernest J. Krump Associates. The original vision was of a series of different communities, each with a unique character and identity. The individual communities would become part of a “city” of villages.
Fox Glen was one of the first villages to be developed. It was built on rolling hills that are part of the Eagle Ford Prairie, and elevations in Fox Glen are among the highest in all of Las Colinas. Fox Glen consists of 98 large and expansive, custom designed homes. These homes are among the most expensive in all of Las Colinas. It is a gated community that is under 24 hour security patrol.
Many of the homes in Fox Glenn border the 18 hole golf course of the Las Colinas Country Club, providing residents with spectacular views that look out on rolling hills or tree lined fairways. Residents of Fox Glenn are able to get private memberships to the country club, and this affords them unlimited access to the two championship golf courses, the state of the art 6,000 square foot fitness center, a tennis stadium, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash and racquetball courts, and access to yoga, the pool and water and step aerobic classes.
Campion Trail is convenient enough to provide residents with great walking, inline skating, jogging, or biking opportunities. Additionally, residents of Fox Glen, and other communities within Las Colinas can enjoy world class restaurants and access to more than 150 shops and services, all of which are part of the community.
Fox Glen is no more than 15 minutes from either airport or downtown Dallas and the Galleria shopping center.
