Fairway Vista is one of the gated and guarded upscale communities in Las Colinas. It consists of 75 homes and 100 townhouses that were designed in varying styles, including traditional, Mediterranean and a mixture of contemporary/modern/Mediterranean. The homes were built between 1998 and 2005. The community is built very close to the TPC (Tournament Players Club) golf course at the Four Seasons Resort and Club.

The townhouses are elegant and large and all have floor plans that exceed 2,000 square feet. Some of the townhouses resemble Tuscan villas, and others are more traditional. The entry to the townhouses is lushly landscaped with elegant bushes, borders of flowers, foliage plants and immaculate walkways.

Homes feature floor plans of more than 3,000 square feet. They are set back from the street and are accessed by long driveways that wind through the meticulous landscaping of the spacious front yards. Backyards offer an elegant and relaxing outdoor retreat, and some even include large stone outdoor fireplaces, pools and spas that overlook the immaculately kept grass that makes up the TPC golf course.

High end finishes such as hand scraped hard wood floors, marble, granite and the top of the line stainless steel appliances are all part of the design of many townhouses and virtually all of the homes. Although many of the homes are overlooking the golf course, some of the townhouses are located near a private lake or pond, creating a really restful and quiet retreat from busy lives.

The Sports Club at the Four Seasons offers golf, tennis and fitness memberships, and there is even a golf school that is associated with the Four Seasons. Those who opt to purchase a fitness membership will have access to personal trainers. The Club has a bar and several restaurants that members can use.
