Known as Espanita HOA in Irving, TX, this neighborhood is conveniently located near a clover intersection where Airport Freeway (Highway 183) meets North Belt Line Road. It is a pocket of circular residential streets bordered by the commercial strip containing Irving Mall to the southeast and the lush Northwest Park to the west.
