Cat: Up to 1 is permitted.
- Animals: Pets may be permitted with an additional fee; dogs are restricted by breed. Dog breeds not permitted are Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers and Chow Chows, and any mixes thereof. Residents with a pet 1-25 lbs. will pay a $150 pet deposit and $150 upfront pet fee and $10/ month pet rent. Residents with a pet over 25 lbs. will pay $250 pet deposit and an upfront pet fee of $250 and $10/month pet rent.
