Tiffany Park is a subdivision that is located in zip code 77802. It is located east of the Earl Rudder Freeway. The boundaries of this centrally located community are Meadowbrook Street to the north, Park Ridge and Tiffany Park Circle to the east, Woodcrest Drive to the west and Park Hampton Drive to the south.
The upscale community which is located in the southeastern part of the city, consists of spacious single family homes that are situated in a well manicured community with many cul-de-sacs. Miramont Country Club lies to the east, and there is a wooded area just beyond Tiffany Park Circle.
Tiffany Park, the park from which the subdivision gets its name, is also located in the area. It is a 12 acre city park that is made up of a huge variety of recreation facilities. The park has a splash pad, tennis courts, a covered and lighted basketball court, baseball and softball practice backstops, a lighted sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, football goals and a one mile jogging and walking trail. In addition, the Park Hudson 2 1/4 mile jogging and walking trail also goes through the subdivision.
The Veterans Park and Athletic Complex is located just south of Bryan. This large site is made up primarily of flat land, and there are two wooded areas at the southeast and western edges of the complex. The complex gets its name from the twelve acre Veterans Memorial that features a memorial sculpture that was designed by Robert Eccleson. The sculpture is dedicated to all Brazos Valley Veterans of all wars, and it was dedicated in November, 2002.
In addition to the Veterans Memorial, the complex has nine soccer fields, five softball fields, four lighted soccer fields, a concession stand, a playground, a pavilion with a seating capacity of 500, parking spaces for 400 vehicles, and the American History Mile Trail.
