Springbrook is located in Pflugerville, a northern suburb of Austin, Texas. Springbrook is situated near the intersection of Grand Avenue Parkway and Picadilly Drive. This community is just a short fifteen minute drive to downtown Austin and is conveniently located near Texas 45 Toll Road, as well as I-35.

The Center also features a newly added Cinemark Theater Complex, as well as a 24-Hour Fitness. For a quick bite to eat, Whataburger and Chick Fil-A are popular picks.
Another admired shopping destination in the area is La Frontera. Conveniently located to the north off of I-35, this new shopping destination offers over fifty stores and shops, as well as multiple fast food and dining options.
Some of the parks in the area that residents can go to play ball, fly a kite, or have a picnic include North Creek Park, Katherine Fleisher Park, and Pfluger Park.
