- Midtown Commons at Crestview Station does not accept any dogs that are in any way related to an aggressive breed. Pets must be no larger than 100 pounds fully grown. If you have two pets, they must not weigh over 100 pounds combined (This provision does not apply to guide animals used by disabled persons.) $250 pet deposit per pet and $300 pet fee.
