Pet Policies
Dog: Up to 2 are permitted
- 2 pets per apartment.
- Acceptable pets are dogs that when fully grown will reach 26 inches in height from the floor to the top the of the dogs back. A total of $300 is due for one pet ($150 deposit, $150 non-refundable pet fee); an additional $200 is due for a second pet ($50 deposit, $150 non-refundable pet fee). In addition to the pet deposit and fee, we will collect an additional $87.50 payable to Sure Deposit for additional coverage towards possible pet damage.
