Pet Policies

  • Pets are welcome at 3500 Westlake. There is a maximum of two pets per home with a 75lb. pet weight limit. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $250 refundable pet deposit are required. Monthly pet rent of $15 per pet required as well. Please contact the community for specific dog breed restrictions. Service animals are allowed and no pet fee is required.
