Shadow Brook

Shadow Brook apartments is owned by a mission driven non-profit organization that provides quality affordable housing and supportive services to working families by offering reduced rents compared to market.

Our resident service's personnel have offices onsite and they implement and oversee programs such as after school and summer activities for children residing at Shadow Brook. They also sponsor adult oriented services such as money management classes, crime watch meetings, and community social activities. They are here not only to serve you but to assist you, if needed, in finding other organizations who services can benefit you and your family. We are working here at Shadow Brook towards creating a sense of community among our residents. We take pride in our property and are constantly looking for ways to improve the community and promote the same kind of pride in our residents.
