Sunset Park is a suburb of Nashville located in Hermitage, Tennessee. The town of Hermitage is the location of Andrew Jackson’s former home, also named the Hermitage. The home is now a museum dedicated to the life and times of President Jackson, who was the seventh president of the United States.
Sunset Park is a neighborhood that is surrounded by nice condominiums and apartment complexes. The children of Sunset Park can attend Dodson Elementary School, Dupont Tyler Middle School, and McGavock Comp High School.
Convenience shopping can be done at Hermitage Plaza Shopping Center; for shopping on a larger scale, residents can shop at the many malls in Nashville. Opry Mills has a variety of retail outlets, fantastic entertainment, and an Aquarium Restaurant.
