Hermitage Highlands is a small residential neighborhood that is located in the 37076 zip code of Hermitage, Tennessee. This one-street neighborhood sits west of Central Pike, off the street of Lakeside Place. A cul-de-sac lane, Hermitage Highlands has neatly landscaped lots within walking distance of a grocery store, florist, and medical facility.

The Greenway Trail is accessible off the frontage road from Lebanon Pike. The paved path winds its way along the river and connects to the Nashville Shores Park.
