Brittany Park is located southwest of Interstate 24 in southwest Antioch. This small neighborhood extends north off Bell Road and includes Brittany Park Drive, Brittany Park Court, Brittany Park Lane and a small cul de sac called Brittany Park. Many of the streets back up to wooden areas, which provides both beauty and privacy for the residents of this Antioch neighborhood.
The bungalow-style homes of Brittany Park were built in the late 1990s, although they resemble cottages from the 1950s. Each home has a covered front porch and some have small covered sitting areas. In general, the homes are larger than they may appear from the side-walked streets of Brittany Park.
A home owner’s association in Brittany Park helps keep this Antioch neighborhood safe and attractive. Residents also enjoy the benefits of having a community pool and mowing provided by the HOA.
Residents of Brittany Park have easy access to points in Nashville and Antioch via Bell Road. There is a small plaza on Bell Road within walking distance of Brittany Park, which includes a Walgreen’s Pharmacy and a Sonic Restaurant. More shopping options are available a few miles east on Bell Road, including the Hickory Hollow Mall and shopping area.
The Brittany Park neighborhood is also within close proximity to a number of nearby churches including Antioch United Methodist, Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, Bell Road Baptist Church, and Southside Church of Christ.
Children in Brittany Park attend Cole Elementary, Antioch Middle School, and Cane Ridge High School, which are all part of the Metropolitan Nashville Public School system of Davidson County.
