We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. For one (1) pet there is a $350 Non-refundable Pet Deposit. For two (2) pets there is a $450 Non-refundable Pet Deposit. Pets are welcome with the exception of aggressive breeds, and there is a $10 monthly pet rent. 75 pound weight limit. No aggressive breeds.
