Piccadilly Square is bordered by Piccadilly Row to the north and south, Bishopsgate Road to the east and Mullens Road to the west. Residents have a short drive to Una Antioch Pike that connects to Interstate 24, a major thoroughfare within the city.

The surrounding area of Piccadilly Square has a variety of restaurants, businesses, consumer services, community centers, recreational parks, and several churches. The Southern Hills Medical Center serves the Piccadilly Square community and is less than 7 miles away.

Schools in the immediate area of Piccadilly Square include Henry Maxwell Elementary, Apollo Middle, Thurgood Marshall Middle, A Z Kelley Elementary, and Antioch High School.

Piccadilly Square is 10 miles from the Tennessee State Fairgrounds where a huge flea market is held the fourth weekend of the month selling assorted goods.
