Our friendly, loyal office staff, as well as our A-plus maintenance staff, makes our residents and prospects eager to become a part of--and stay a part of--our family. We strive for excellence in all things we do. We have a beautiful fully-stocked fishing lake that has a paved, lighted walking trail surrounding it for our athletes as well as our animal lovers. Our athletes also love our double tennis courts. As for our grillers, they often use our barbecue grills surrounding the lake. Our community now offers two swimming pools; one is saltwater, and they both are beautifully surrounded with state-of-the-art landscape. We have recently opened an oversized fitness facility and we also allow our residents access to a new business center. We have monthly activities that we encourage our residents to participate in; we also get suggestions and utilize their ideas. This allows them to feel as though their voice counts and is appreciated. We are one big family at The Views on Pelham and we make it our goal to make sure each and every prospect and resident feels as though they not only have a new home, but they also gained a family.
