Up to 2 - Restrictions: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $200 charge (one-time fee) for up to two pets. Monthly Pet Rent is $25 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed (includes pitbulls, doberman pinchers, german shepards, akitas, chows, or any mixture of aggressive breeds). If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
