Breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bulls (Bull Terriers or American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shephards, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Huskies, full blood or mixed at any percentage are prohibited from residing at a Hilton Residential community. * 4. A Pet Agreement and Fee will be required for the first pet and an additional non-refundable fee may apply for the second pet. * 5. Service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the purpose of aiding that person are not considered "pets."
