Fair Acres is a neighborhood located in Tulsa, Oklahoma in Tulsa County. The north border is formed by East 12th Street and East 13th Street. South Delaware Avenue forms the eastern border, and East 15th Street makes up the southern boundary. South Lewis Avenue forms the western border. The area is a combination of residential homes, businesses, and commercial properties.
Nearby is the Benedict Park, which in 3.8 acres. It features tennis courts, a playground, water park, outdoor basketball courts, picnic tables, and shelters. Turner Park is located north east of the neighborhood. The nine-acre park offers many amenities, including a community center with a pool and kiddie pool. History buffs will want to visit Gillette Historic District, which is located just southwest of the Fair Acres Neighborhood. There are 31 historic single-family residences and six duplexes. The focus of the neighborhood is the Gillette Mansion and the 1923 Tulsa World Model Home.
