Fair Acres is a neighborhood located in Tulsa, Oklahoma in Tulsa County. The north border is formed by East 12th Street and East 13th Street. South Delaware Avenue forms the eastern border, and East 15th Street makes up the southern boundary. South Lewis Avenue forms the western border. The area is a combination of residential homes, businesses, and commercial properties.

Nearby is the Benedict Park, which in 3.8 acres. It features tennis courts, a playground, water park, outdoor basketball courts, picnic tables, and shelters. Turner Park is located north east of the neighborhood. The nine-acre park offers many amenities, including a community center with a pool and kiddie pool. Other schools in the area include Whittier School, Lanier Elementary, Barnard Elementary, Kendall-Whittier Elementary School, Wilson Middle School, Monte Cassino Middle School, Will Rogers High School, Holland Hall School, the Tulsa Welding School, University of Wash, and the University of Oklahoma.
