The Oklahoma River runs through the heart of Oklahoma City. Along the river, the all asphalt Oklahoma River Trails are located on both the north and south banks of the river. The Riverside neighborhood sits in between two of the trail’s access points, Wheeler Park and Wiley Post Park.
These neighborhood trails are lined with trees and display a beautiful view of the Oklahoma River and downtown Oklahoma City. Runners, rollerbladers, skategoarders, walkers, and cyclists use the trails for a refreshing and energizing experience. Further, the trails are wheelchair acessible. The two neighborhood parks, Wheeler Park and Wiley Post Park, provide the community with a skate park, picnic shelters, a sprayground and playgrounds.
