The Oklahoma Regional Training Institute is within the community and is a headquarters of a National Guard regiment that offers training for military and non-military organizations.
The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum Special Events Center is east of the North East 58th Street West neighborhood and presents exhibits that tell the story of the “Old West.” Prosperity Junction is a town from the early 1900s and has been re-created by the museum. The re-created town has a blacksmith’s shop, a railroad depot, a school, and homes in it.
