COIN OPERATED LAUNDRIES are conveniently located in each building. All the apartments include full-size ranges, refrigerators, air conditioners, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, mini-blinds, carpet, and tile. The apartments have abundant windows that provide plenty of natural light to help make all the apartments bright and cheerful. There are ample closets and cabinets providing more living space to enjoy. The quiet, shady community allows open windows for fresh air as well as air conditioning for comfort. Hot water heat is supplied by gas-fired boilers and is controlled by individual thermostats in each apartment.
