We offer one and two bedrooms, furnished, perfect for corporate residents (and not). We offer garages with remote entry and we have a striking clubhouse with a fireplace and a kitchen for parties. Our residents enjoy saving money with our energy-efficient central air conditioning and heating. They also love the swimming pool and sundeck. Some of our residents have mentioned how wonderful it is to be able to bring their large companion to live with them, as we accept large pets. Residents also appreciate our sparkling swimming pool and the 24-hour fitness center. They also love our great location, near all the places they enjoy hanging out. There is a Timberview Golf Club right across the street. The Marysville Golf Club is just south of there. If you want to play at the park, we've got that covered, too. Barr Haven Park is just one street away on County Highway 88, Ray Lewis Park is just a bit north of there, then to the east of us is Airport Park and Cardinal Market Park. Dining and entertainment are at a premium in our little part of Marysville. You can chow down at the Old Bag of Nails pub or sit down to a wonderful meal at the Cina Wok or Doc Hendersons.
