North Franklinton Apartments for Rent

The neighborhood of North Franklinton follows the winding curves of the Scioto River in Columbus, Ohio. Interstate 70 creates its western border, to the point of the railway crossing under the Interstate. This railway follows North Franklinton’s southern border, leading back to the river at the easternmost point.

McKinley Avenue is one of the main corridors here. A major portion of this street, all of its south side, is zoned for manufacturing. Its north side is much the same, with small areas zoned for residential and mixed use.
