The neighborhood of Hayden Falls is part of the city of Dublin, Ohio, with a zip code of 43017. Hayden Falls is inside Franklin County and northeast of the city of Columbus. Bordered by Riverside Drive and the Scioto River on the west, the community lies to the north of the Griggs Reservoir.
Case Road and Hayden Road make the northern and southern boundaries of the community, with Harvest Street forming the eastern border. Hayden Road is the bridge road across the Scioto River and leads to Hayden Falls Park and Interstate 270. Five main streets comprise the residential area; Newgate Road, which becomes Kingstree Drive and Barry Trace, which becomes Kingsmead Trace and Dartford Trace on the southern loop.
Seventy percent of the residences were built in the 1980s to early 1990s, with the rest of the units built after the year 2000. As an upper scale neighborhood, the homes values dropped slightly in early 2010, but began moving back up towards the year end.
Several large Metro Parks can be found north of the community, including Glacier Ridge Metro Park on State Route 33. The Columbus Zoo is north of the neighborhood in the city of Powell. For recreation close to home, the Dublin Kiwanis Riverway Park is contained in the neighborhood. Directly east of Hayden Falls on Sawmill Road, residents can enjoy shopping at Carriage Place Shopping Center. Carriage Place Recreation Center is just north of the shopping district. Students in the neighborhood will attend Dublin city schools.
