One major airport is the Columbus Southwest Airport. The others are Darby Dan Air Strip and Bolton Field.

Galloway Ridge is a community in the city of Galloway, Ohio. Several recreational or sports activities are available within the neighborhood’s boundaries. Camping opportunities are available at the Alton Campground. It is located 9 miles west of downtown Columbus and also has a mailing address of Galloway, Ohio.

The school system in the community of Galloway Ridge involves two primary schools, one middle school and one high school. Galloway Ridge also has a civic association called the Galloway Ridge Civic Association.
