- Both cats & dogs accepted.
- Our pet fee is non-refundable. Half of the $100 fee is due at time of temperment testing for cats & dogs, the other half is due prior to keys being issued. Pet rent is the same for one or two animals. All pet waste must be picked up a minimum of once a week. All vaccine's must be administered and proof given prior to the animal moving in.
