Up to two cats allowed in any apartment home, with additional deposit and pet rent. Dogs allowed in townhomes only (Cove and Point) with restrictions and fees.
Cat: Up to 2 are permitted
- Cats only in the Village, River, Ravine, & Lofts .
- Pet deposit is refundable. Pet rent is per month, $25 for one pet, $40 for two pets.
- Restrictions: No dogs allowed in the Village, River, Ravine or Lofts.
- Deposit: $200.00 Rent: $25.00
