- We are a pet friendly apartment community! The pet fee is $200 for pets under 50 pounds and $300 for pets over 50 pounds. The pet rent is $18/month/pet. The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Green Tree Frogs, African Dwarfed Frogs, Chinese Hamsters, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and Canary. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
- Restrictions: We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders and ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
