The Village at Beacon Hill, in Raleigh, North Carolina, is bound by Beacon Crest Way to the north, Beacon Bluff Street to the east, Corporation Way to the south, and Beacon Valley Way to the west.

It’s an affordable neighborhood just northeast of downtown and near to the Interstate 440 beltline around Raleigh. The subdivision is less than 35 years old and contains townhomes and condos, as well as single-family detached houses.

The Village at Beacon Hill is a great place for kids, joggers, and evening strolls. The streets have little traffic other than neighbors coming and going, thanks to the design of the roads, and many streets ending in a court design. The streets are wide and all are lined with clean sidewalks. The houses and townhomes are in great shape with lots of landscaping and green with the bent grass that grows so easily in the Carolina climate.

As quiet as the neighborhood is, everywhere in the Raleigh-Durham area is an easy trip. Interstate 440 make commuting to just about anywhere in the Greater Raleigh area a snap. The arterial roads to the downtown area are nearby to the entertainment and shopping districts are an easy afternoon trip.

The residents of the Village at Beacon Hill who are college basketball fans can always look forward to something special. Raleigh is near to three of the most successful college basketball programs in the country. The University of North Carolina, Duke University, and North Carolina State University all have stadiums within 25 miles of each other, and when the season starts, the rivalries start brewing.
